At three o’clock in the morning on  11 November 3020, Jiang Chengyan came out of the investigation room. While stretched his waist and his neck, saying, “let him go back after the statement is recorded.”

Yao Min bumped Jiang Chengyan’s shoulder and smiled, “ Captain, you’re really something! Not only making him confess but also making him feel grateful. You’re worthy of being the old fox in our team!”

Jiang Chengyan sat down and watched Yao Jiang silently for a while, before asking bluntly, “Yao Jiang, why did you want to kill Jiang Cheng?”

“Because I have a grudge against him.” Yao Jiang answered without raising his head.

On October 31, 3020, as soon as Ling Hua’an arrived home, he heard noises from the kitchen. He put the walking stick on the hook by the door and walked over fumbling.

“Yan Yu, why did you come so early?”

Yan Yu turned off the gas stove and walked to Ling Hua’an. He looked at his injured right hand, “Lu Hao called me yesterday.”

Ling Hua’an frowned slightly and said helplessly, “He likes making a fuss, it’s not like you don’t know about it.”

Yan Yu responded softly, he walked past Ling Hua’an to the living room and took out the ointment and cotton swabs from the drawer. After that, he approached Ling Hua’an, took his injured hand, and applied the medicine on it without saying a word.

“Isn’t it just a little burn? I’m used to it. Don’t make such a fuss. ” Ling Hua’an understands Yan Yu’s temperament, the eight horses couldn’t pull it back to avoid trouble¹. Knowing it,  Lin Hua’an didn’t struggle and let Yan Yu do it.

Jiang Chengyan took a deep breath, calmed his emotions, and said, “No, it’s the dog that came out of nowhere. Let’s go. There are two mote intersections to your house.

The car restarted as soon as they arrived at the downstairs of Yao Min’s neighborhood. Yao Min got out of the car, lying in front of the car window, looking like she was hesitant to speak. Seeing this, Jiang Chengyan snapped, “If you have something to say, don’t act that stupid.”

He couldn’t fall asleep after tossing and turning with his mind full of Ling Hua’an. He was annoyed. He cover himself with the quilt and shouted out loud, venting his agitated emotions, but it did not help.

He took out his mobile phone from under the pillow, turned to the dialog box chat with Ling Hua’an, and hesitated for a long time. He finally couldn’t help but send a voice message.

Yan Yu is Ling Hua’an’s only friend and business partner. Because of his disability, Ling Hua’an will leave many things to Yan Yu to take care of. So, Lu Hao’s guess is reasonable.

“Stinky boy, don’t you have class this afternoon? What time is it? Go quickly.”

Lu Hao looked at the wall clock in the room and said in a panic, “Aiya, why is it so late? Ge, I have to hurry up and leave. This afternoon is my old subject class. Tomorrow weekend, I’ll come to stay up here.”

Without waiting for Ling Hua’an to refuse, Lu Hao hurriedly walked toward the door and accidentally bumped into Yan Yu who wanted to knock on the door.

Lng Hua’an met Yan Yu because Yan Yu’s grandfather was murdered. It was Ling Hua’an who helped him to find out the truth, so the old man had a chance to be reincarnated. Ling Hua’an already took the commission that belonged to him.
